What does ordrMi stand for?
It's "order me" — the idea that every order belongs to your business, not a third-party platform. You own the customer, the data, and the margin.
How quickly can I be live?
Most kitchens are taking real orders the same day they sign up. Add your menu, hours, and Stripe — that's the whole list.
Do I need any hardware?
No. Your phone is the order screen. If you want a tablet on the wall or a printer, plug them in — both are optional.
What about delivery?
For now, ordrMi handles the order — you handle the delivery with your own riders or whichever courier you already use. Built-in courier integrations are on the roadmap for phase 2.
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime, no contracts. We export your menu, customer list, and order history if you ever leave.
Is there really no commission?
Really. You pay your monthly plan plus 1.5% + 20p per transaction (the card cost). That's the whole bill.
